This policy outlines the guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through the AliDrop.ae platform.
1. General Policy Overview
AliDrop.ae is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We facilitate the communication and processing of returns and refunds between you (the customer) and the respective supplier/seller of the product.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the item's delivery date.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

2. Initiating a Return or Refund Request
To start a return or refund process, you must follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for Return (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, defective, or change of mind).

Visual Evidence (Required): For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must provide clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.

Wait for Authorization: Do not send the item back until you receive explicit return authorization and instructions from the AliDrop.ae support team.

Note: For "Change of Mind" returns, the supplier reserves the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 20% of the item's price) to cover processing and inspection costs.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or local bank account within a specified number of business days (see below).

Refunds to Original Payment Method: May take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Refunds to Local Bank Accounts (for regions with financial restrictions): As per our payment mechanism, refunds for customers in regions like Iran will be processed through the AliDrop.ae Country Representative in your local currency and may take 7-14 business days after approval, depending on local processing schedules.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company/bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Support @ alidrop.ae].
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, indicate this clearly in your initial request. The exchange will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.
6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return reason is "Change of Mind." Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on the supplier's part (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will provide instructions for a prepaid return label or arrange for full reimbursement of the return shipping costs upon proof of receipt.
The return address will be provided upon authorization, as the address may differ depending on the supplier and product origin.
